• Located in Lincoln and Ellsworth Counties, Kansas

• Developed by Skyward Energy (an affiliate of Hilliard Energy) and later sold to Wind Captial Group

• Approximately 23,000 acres

• A 201 MW name plate capacity

• 134 1.5-megawatt GE wind turbines

Hilliard Energy provided the following services in the development of this wind energy center:

Strategic Planning, Site Selection, Feasibility and Cost Estimation Studies, Surface Land Acquisition, Data Management, Mapping-all GIS types, Met Tower Siting and Data Analysis, Environmental and Transmission Studies, Interconnect filing, Due Diligence, Landowner Relationship Development, and Local Community Relations Meetings
