• Located in Tom Green County, Texas

• Developed by Skyward Energy (an affiliate of Hilliard Energy) and later sold to NRG Energy – Padoma

• Approximately 35,000 acres

• A 150-megawatt wind generation plant

• 100 1.5-megawatt GE turbines

Hilliard Energy provided the following services in the development of this wind energy center:
